Description: A new multi-million pound business park development on a former colliery in Seaham.
Scope of Works: Howell Cummings supplied and installed the timber skirting, architrave, window board and stair stringers to all 7 units. We negotiated the design, supply and installation of IPS panels and cubicles to all washroom areas. As well as this we installed space saving 'spacejoists' and roofing materials to office lids for Units 2000, 3000 and 4000, American White Oak strebord doorsets and ironmongery to all units and kitchen areas and tea points.
